Memorial Biography

“The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.” Betty Rose Rossman, 87, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, in Campbell, CA, after a long bout with Alzheimer’s disease. Betty is survived by her 3 children: Shelli, Connie, and Brian, her 7 grandchildren: Austin, Emily, Ella, Max, Sophia, Lylah, and Jonah, her son-in-law Daniel, and daughter-in-law Jessica. Betty was preceded in death by her husband and best friend of 59 years, Marvin. Betty was born in Biloxi, Mississippi to the late Morris and Ella Morrison and she was the youngest sister to Alvin, Bertram, Philip, Mena, Bobby, and Sol. Betty was a creative soul who loved to paint, decorate, cook and entertain. She also loved to dance and perform: tap, line, and social dancing. She loved running and working out at the gym. She was a strong, independent, funny, determined person who was loving to all who knew her; and especially loved being a wife, mother and grandmother. A private funeral has been planned for June 16, 2021 in Los Gatos, CA. If interested, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. https://act.alz.org/site/Donation2?df_id=32112&32112.donation=form1&utm_source=google&utm_medium=paidsearch&utm_campaign=google_giving&set.custom.wt=giving&gclid=Cj0KCQjwk4yGBhDQARIsACGfAevpSd6_nWFGDdV9rTas9B55pefbr978uTa_ex2gVVIS-P7t2mXdFSIaAukVEALw_wcB
